Arnold Transportation Services is a full service truckload carrier headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas. And in most instances, all of these items can be handled all on one call. 


Dealer Coordination Saves Time

The fleet has multiple dealers it uses regularly. Smithart said, "Our service coordinators call the dealer network as needed to get daily updates on equipment in the shop, open bays and tech availability. The clear updates we receive reduce calls, which in turn means more efficient use of our coordinators' time."
